On the magnificent “Belvedere dell’Angelo” terrace, the Villa Florida Hotel organises private cooking lessons with the best local chefs, who aim to teach how to cook time-honoured traditional recipes using local produce such as fish from the Lake, Garda’s Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and wine from the Valtenesi area and the morainic hills.
Everything according to the principles of “good, clean and fair”.
The programme involves the preparation of an appetiser, a first course, a second course based on meat, fish or a vegetarian dish and a dessert.

PRESENTATION OF THE DIPLOMAS
The lessons, which will be held with a minimum of 4 participants, and the continual presence of an interpreter, will end around 8pm with the presentation of a certificate of attendance.
