What is my credit card used for?
Your credit card details, stored in compliance with current data security regulations, will be subject to:
Validity checks using pre-authorisation: 7 days before arrival, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise a sum equal to the first night of the stay.
Used by hotels around the world, pre-authorisation is a simple system to check the validity of the credit card provided at the time of booking. This operation does not cause any movements of funds on the guest’s current account, but is rather a “coverage guarantee” for the hotel for a sum equal to the first night.
Do not be surprised if you receive a message from your bank when the hotel carries out this operation. The pre-authorised amount is not an advance payment for the first night, it is a temporary block to “freeze” the sum, which will be automatically released by your bank, typically within 10/15 days of the operation being carried out.
When do I pay for my booking?
The entire amount of the booking is paid at the hotel, normally at check out.
The payment can be carried out with the same credit card provided at the time of booking, with another credit card, debit card or with cash for payments under 3000 euros.

What time is breakfast served?
Between 8:00 and 10:00. If you leave before 8, you will be given a breakfast basket. The hotel has a lounge and a terrace with beautiful views of the lake where a rich breakfast buffet is served.
What is the buffet breakfast?
Products mainly from companies in the Lake Garda area, some organic, fruit, vegetables, sweet and savoury foods, homemade cakes and biscuits, extracts and fruit juices. Special requests are subject to a surcharge.
Is a breakfast available for people suffering from intolerance to gluten?
Yes, a gluten-free breakfast is available at no extra charge. On request at least 2 days before arrival.
Is the tourist tax included in the rate?
No, the tourist tax is never included in the room rate. The tax is paid in the hotel in cash, not by credit card. It is a municipal charge and every hotel is an agent for collecting it.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Barring unforeseen circumstances, rooms are available from 14:00. For arrivals before 14:00, please notify the hotel the day before and we will do our best to prepare the room in advance.
Please also notify the hotel of any small children, elderly people or people with disabilities in the party.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel on my arrival or departure?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the hotel at no extra charge.
Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?
Yes, the hotel has free Wi-Fi in all areas. You will be given the password at the reception upon arrival.
Does the hotel have a car park?
Yes, the hotel has free private parking for our guests that is closed at night.
Is there a restaurant in the hotel?
The hotel does not have a restaurant inside the property. However, nearby there are many excellent restaurants and trattorias that we will be happy to advise you on and book for you.
Does the hotel have a bar?
Yes, the hotel has a small bar near the reception to enjoy good coffee, fresh drinks, spirits, wine and snacks. A cold lunch service is available for midday, subject to reservation by 11 am.
Do you have a laundry service?
Yes. Find out more about this service and the prices by asking at reception. For safety reasons, ironing is not permitted in the rooms.
Are pets allowed?
We have a limited number of rooms in which small pets are allowed.
Before making a reservation, please check availability with the hotel.
Animals are never allowed in the bar areas, breakfast room, breakfast terrace, or swimming pools.
Which languages do you speak?
The hotel staff are multilingual. We speak English, German, French and Italian.
Do you have a pool? What are the opening hours?
Yes. The hotel’s organic olive grove houses two open-air panoramic swimming pools, open from 8:00 to 20:00 (including one for children up to 3 years old) and a large sunbathing area.
The adult swimming pool, for experienced swimmers only, measures 27 x 9 metres, with a maximum depth (on the east side) of 2.35 metres and a minimum depth (on the west side) of 1.35 metres. The children’s pool is 0.65 to 0.70 metres deep, created for children to increase their confidence in the water, to help them learn to swim.
Can we get a babysitter?
Yes. The service must be requested the day before at the latest.
Can I leave bicycles or sports equipment in storage during my stay?
Yes, the hotel has a storage space available free of charge. Please put in your request prior to your arrival.
What kind of mattresses and pillows are offered in the hotel rooms?
The hotel mattresses and pillows are from the Simmons Hotellerie 5 star Top Comfort range, with flame-retardant, hypoallergic, elasticised, breathable stretch fabric coverings.
They are Class 1 IM fire resistant, certified by the Ministry of the Interior.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms have air conditioning.
Is there a TV in the room?
Yes, all rooms have satellite TV.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Please note that all rooms are non-smoking rooms. There is no smoking in the room or in the public areas inside the hotel. In the event of non-compliance, and in the event of the fire-protection system being triggered, there is a fine of 1,000 Euros.
Do you have hypoallergenic bed linen?
The bed and bath linen is all pure cotton, washed with sanitising detergent in the laundry used exclusively by the hotel.
